Her group workshops and retreats teach strategies for peak brain performance, executive functioning, focus, emotional intelligence and overcoming stress to feel and function at one's highest level.

Dr Best teaches brain techniques, food as medicine, supplements, meditation and traditional medicine when indicated to address the connected issues of the brain, gut, and adrenals. She enjoys sharing advanced methods of treating + preventing anxiety, with practical life-changing tools that serve one lifelong.

Dr Best teaches individuals and groups-- in person (at her Beverly Hills office) + virtually around the world. She teaches medical trainees, the integration of Western and Eastern Medicine/Global Medicine, involving all body systems. With her own training in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Neurology, Holistic Medicine, Women's Medicine, Chemistry, and Nutrition, her wellness practice teaches methods from traditional medicine as well as Functional and Integrative Health. She offers treatment options such as nutrition, vitamins/supplements, plants/herbs/oils/teas, sleep treatment, meditation techniques that change brain waves, science-backed movement programs, brain maximizing exercises, relaxation techniques, and trauma clearing/thought reframing/cognitive boosting brain techniques.
